Walk-in Support

The Brand Owners have the choice of having a dedicated branded service center or a shared one. The ambience and customer care facilities are maintained as per the requirement of the principles and customer delight is the main objective of the center manager. The centers are staffed with technically qualified personnel with excellent customer handing skills.

The products currently being supported by Service Centers are:

  • PCs/ Notebooks
  • Mobile Phones/ PDAs
  • Peripherals – monitors, printers, input devices
  • Surveillance Equipments

The Centers are integrated with warehouses and carry necessary parts inventory to provide immediate resolution. All the centers are connected with each other and with main warehouse through TVS-E Servicetec’s web enabled CRM tool.

The Service Centers provide the following services:

  • L1 Services: In Level 1 resolution, we fix a defective mobile phone needing software download, replacement of battery, charger or antenna.
  • L2 Services: At Level 2 resolution, we repair a defective mobile phone that may require the dismantling of the housing, it can also include the replacement of SIM card clip or RF cover or replacement of plastic parts, keypad, speaker, microphone, PCB board, LED’s etc.
  • L3 Services: In L3 resolution we check the circuit and replace the components like LCM, IC’s, resistors, capacitors etc.
