Parts Tracking

Once the consignment is booked from HO/RWH from a courier company, the docket nos are updated in CRM. After docket updation in CRM, the tracking starts with respective courier website. There is a agreed time period time period for each location for the consignment to reach. Online information is available in courier website along with electronic pod copy. For e.g. Consignment to Delhi should reach in 1 day and after 1 day if the status is not updated in courier website, then the logistics executive will do follow-up with respective courier companies for getting the delivery status. After getting the delivery status, delivery information is passed to field team and ASPs. Followup for parts acknowledgement is done with ASPs
