  • Alok Kumar Mitra Chief Operating Officer

    Alok is an M.Tech (Industrial Engg. & Operations Research ) from IIT-Kharagpur and has worked in Hindustan Unilever for more than 30 years. He has stepped down from HUL to pursue other interests. Some of the major assignments handled by Alok in HUL include , Head of logistics of fertilizers and phosphates business; GM for “Quest” flavours business; GM for Industrial Chemicals; and his last assignment was GM for exports of Agri products.

  • M Ramesh Head – Process Management
    Ramesh is a BE & MBA by profession and had been associated with TVS Electronics for the past 19 years. He has vast experience in various facets of Manufacturing, Logistics & IT. As Head of SCM, he has been instrumental in establishing a robust supply chain network across the country that provides smooth flow of parts both onward as well as reverse logistics.
    Currently, he has taken the responsibility of implementing SAP CRM in TVS-E Servicetec which will be capable of providing best-in-class functionality for marketing, sales & services and an integrated approach to maintain accurate and complete customer data and transaction information.
  • Stephen Albert General Manager, Field Operations

    With over 20 years of exposure to Field Service delivery and customer support operations. At TVS-E Servicetec, he has helped strengthen the Channel service support infrastructure which today covers over 350 locations supported by 450 partner offices across India geography.
    He has helped establish the TVS-E Service Identity under the i-CARE brand with over 250 iCARE stores established till date. His current role involves responsibility for establishing L3 Centers & Repair Factories and Walk-in L1/L2 Repair Stores across India.

  • G HariKumar General Manager– Key Accounts
    HariKumar is presently the General Manager for Key Accounts. He has been associated with this company for the past 9 years. Prior to joining TVS Electronics, he was associated with Whirlpool for a span of 10 years at a leadership position. He is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 20 years of experience in handling all facets of customer service. Hari has been instrumental in evolving the business framework of Servicetec from its inception. Been instrumental in acquisition of all major customers in all domains.
